Our year started off with a bang when Mark received a call from the director of admissions at Washington State University letting him know that he had been accepted into their Vet program and had also received WICHE funding (covers the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition). Colorado State then posted on their website that he was also offered a spot in their class. Later that week he visited the University of Missouri. The first week in February Mark received another acceptance letter from Mizzou. We took about two weeks to make a decision. So for the next four years, you will find us here.
In Columbia, Missouri!
Last Saturday we went to Ogden to car shop. We visited Mark's Mission President who owns John Watson Chevrolet. We test drove an Impala there the week before and took it out again. My parent's met us there so that they could also check out the car. The next thing we knew, we were driving away in two cars. Our first car purchase... a 2001 Chevy Impala with heated leather seats. They totally rock!
Needless to say we accomplished a lot last week! And we are excited for our big move to Missouri sometime this summer.

That is exciting exciting news! Missouri, that's a long ways away, watch out for the chiggers, but otherwise, I think Missouri is great. I hope you enjoy your new car.
